With the expansion of the Asia Pacific regional business, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the following vacancies in various locations:
Technical Support Engineer / Application Engineer Location: Malaysia, India and China
Job description and requirement:
- Pre & Post-sales technical support in PLC (Allen-Bradley, Quantum, Siemens PLC) programming, networks and protocols communication
- Integration of various industrial applications & hardware platforms in different topology
- Troubleshooting skills by providing support to end users on a variety of issues; identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems as well as documenting track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Ability to interface with Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development in reviewing product design changes, field observations to develop marketable Field Solutions (product improvements) to existing customer base.
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Wireless Communication experience is desired
- Must be resourceful, result orientated and a team player
- Self motivated, independent and performance driven

- Regional travel may be required
