With the expansion of the Asia Pacific regional business, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the following vacancies in various locations:

Technical Support Engineer / Application Engineer
Location: Malaysia, India and China

Job description and requirement:

• Pre & Post-sales technical support in PLC (Allen-Bradley, Quantum, Siemens PLC) programming, networks and protocols communication
• Integration of various industrial applications & hardware platforms in different topology
• Troubleshooting skills by providing support to end users on a variety of issues; identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems as well as documenting track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• Ability to interface with Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development in reviewing product design changes, field observations to develop marketable Field Solutions (product improvements) to existing customer base.
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Wireless Communication experience is desired
• Must be resourceful, result orientated and a team player
• Self motivated, independent and performance driven

• Regional travel may be required
